Terms of Use

The agreement governing your use of 10Talents Learning.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to tell us promptly if you learn of unauthorized access.

Your content, your records

The school profile, student records, assignments, grades, attendance, and any files you upload remain your content. You grant us only the limited rights we need to host, process, and display your content so that the service can function (for example, transmitting your transcript between your browser and our storage, or exporting a yearbook PDF). Those rights end when you cancel your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for your own household's homeschool records or for a family cooperative you participate in.
• Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
• Don't upload unlawful content or content that violates someone else's rights.
• Don't impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization.

Subscription and cancellation

Paid plans renew on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep read-only access to your records (and the ability to export them) for a grace period after cancellation so your school year's work is never lost.

Trial period

The free trial is exactly what it says: no credit card required, no automatic conversion. If you choose to continue after the trial you'll be prompted to enter payment details.

Changes to the service

We'll continue to improve 10Talents Learning. We may add, remove, or change features; if a change materially reduces the value of a feature you rely on, we'll notify paying customers in advance and offer a reasonable migration path.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
