Terms of Use
Effective October 6, 2026. The agreement governing your use of 10Talents Learning. This page explains our current practices.

Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to tell us promptly if you learn of unauthorized access.
Your content, your records
The school profile, student records, assignments, grades, attendance, and any files you upload remain your content. You grant us only the limited rights we need to host, process, and display your content so that the service can function — for example, transmitting a transcript between your browser and our storage, exporting a yearbook PDF, or sending a file you choose to upload to the AI provider described in the Privacy Policy. Those rights last while we host the account: through an active trial or subscription, through the read-only period after paid access ends, and while we still hold a copy you can export or that we are deleting because you asked. They end when that deletion is finished. Cancelling paid access does not end them.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for your own household's homeschool records or for a family cooperative you participate in.
- Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
- Don't upload unlawful content or content that violates someone else's rights.
- Don't impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization.
Subscription and cancellation
Paid plans renew on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling paid access does not automatically delete your records. Read-only access and exports continue for about six months (182 days) after a paid subscription ends. After that window the app stops opening, and a full export of your records remains available. You may request deletion under our Privacy Policy.
Trial period
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. We collect your payment details when you create your account, but nothing is charged during the trial. If a referral credit has been applied to your account your trial runs longer; the time remaining is always shown in the app.
Your trial converts to a paid subscription automatically when it ends, at the price and billing interval you chose — $15 per month or $144 per year, plus any applicable sales tax. We'll email you before that first charge. Cancel at any time before the trial ends and you're never charged. If the trial ends without a subscription, read-only access and exports continue for 30 days. After that window the app stops opening, and a full export of your records remains available. Nothing in this section deletes your records on its own. You may request deletion under our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the service
We'll continue to improve 10Talents Learning. We may add, remove, or change features; if a change materially reduces the value of a feature you rely on, we'll notify paying customers in advance and offer a reasonable migration path.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
