Attendance logs, portfolio archives, and year-end exports follow common state requirements. Texas is fully supported today, with state-specific minimums and transcript fields for California, Florida, Oregon, and New York rolling out as we expand.
File your Notice of Intent with the district superintendent by July 1 (or within 14 days if you start mid-year). The district sends the IHIP forms within 10 business days; your IHIP is due within 4 weeks of receiving them or by August 15, whichever is later. Then come four quarterly reports on the dates you chose in the IHIP, and an annual assessment. The year must also add up: 900 instructional hours in grades 1–6, 990 in grades 7–12 — the substantial equivalent of 180 days. 10Talents tracks every step and both counts.
Grades 9–12: a norm-referenced test every year. Grades 4–8: a test at least every other year, with a written narrative allowed in the off years. Grades 1–3: a narrative is fine every year.
